Supply List and Packing Instructions
Jamaica: spiral notebooks, typing paper, pens, crayons, basketballs (deflated)
Sierra Leone, Liberia: School bags, 3 pencils, 2 pens, 1 ruler, 2 spiral notebooks (wide lined), 1 hand held pencil sharpener, new or nearly new tennis shoes (elementary school size), children’s vitamins typing paper, vegetable seeds, first aid supplies, Bibles, chalk, towels, wash clothes, soap, combs, toothbrushes, and toothpaste
Clinic Supplies: diapers, diaper pins, plastic pants, receiving blankets and one-sie type clothing (new or very gently used), delivery kits or newborn kits (see Doris for more info), medication, medical devices and equipment donations must be approved by Doris Acton
We no longer accept clothing.
Cash donations are always welcomed. A lot of the medications can be purchased in Sierra Leone....and the dollar goes a long way!
School Uniforms: contact Annette Brandner 763-413-1979. She will send sewing kits with precut uniform pieces and instructions. The info sheet includes her name and address to return completed uniforms.

Packing Instructions
Jamaica: There is no need to pack items. Do not tape the boxes up.
Liberia and Sierra Leone:
__ No crayons or colored paper
__ Line box with a plastic bag, pack items tightly and seal the bag
__ Boxes are to be 40 lbs. or less
__ Itemize items in box in detail
__Only use the current labels downloaded from the OC Ministries web site (below)
__Tape boxes all the way around ... use packing tape only (no duct tape)
__One label goes on the side of the box (do not cover the label entirely with tape)
__A copy of that label should be placed in an envelope lightly taped to the top of the box
__Send to a current collection site
